They are records that we wrote and produced as the Jugganauts.”

Amy Winehouse?s forthcoming album was to be about her tumultuous drug-addled relationship and divorce with Blake Fielder-civil, and it is to get a posthumous release, the Daily Mail has reported. Fielder-Civil, 33, was imprisoned for 7 months following an attack on a pub landlord, and his marriage to Amy Winehouse ended after just 2 years in 2009. A spokesperson for Winehouse?s family said: ?Amy always had a notebook on her and would write down lyrics and ideas,? he said. ?People who have heard the new songs say that they are very, very good and that they are as autobiographical as ever. The period after 2006 was when Amy went through the most emotional upheaval, with Blake going to prison and then their divorce.?
A source told the Daily Mail that most of the tracks were just demos, where Amy had laid down a backing track and had written some lyrics, and the songs would be completed using Amy?s vocals or contributions from friends. It is slated for release next year, with all proceeds going to a charity set up by Amy?s father Mitch to help people struggling with addiction. Since her death last week, the album Back to Black has topped the iTunes charts in 17 different countries.

Tabloids are really desperate to get Jennifer Lopez back together with an ex.
A source tells BET that Diddy really wants to get back together with new newly-single ex because she is “the love of his life” and his “fantasy girl.” However, friends worry that J. Lo will break the hip hop mogul’s heart again, similar to how she dumped him in 1999 when he was on trial for weapons charges.
Witnesses claim to have seen Lopez and Diddy together in New York City this week, while a friend of the former says:
“Puff wouldn’t be my first choice for her, but then again he was always very supportive of her sex symbol image and never got mad when she wore sexy clothes. He actually encouraged it.”
For those of you unfamiliar with the rumors surrounding Jennifer’s divorce, that was a direct dig at Marc Anthony. Yes, it’s on, folks.
There have been many conflicting reports of what caused Amy Winehouse’s death on Saturday. While initial autopsy results were inconclusive and the outcome of further toxicology tests will not be available for several more weeks, a report out of England is raising new questions about what might have killed the troubled singer.
Winehouse, who famously struggled with drugs and alcohol during her rocket ride to fame in 2006-2007, was drug-free for the past three years, according to statements from her father, Mitch Winehouse. But the 27-year-old star appeared to still be struggling with alcohol, and unnamed family sources told English tabloid The Sun that it might have been Amy’s cold-turkey approach to quitting drinking that did her in.
The sources said Winehouse’s decision to give up drinking entirely for three weeks might have given a lethal “shock” to her system. “Abstinence gave her body such a fright they thought it was eventually the cause of her death,” the source said.
“[Amy's father, Mitch] said doctors had told Amy to gradually reduce her intake of alcohol and to avoid bingeing at all costs. Amy told him she couldn’t do that. It was all or nothing, and she gave up completely … Mitch said the shock of giving up, after everything she had been through over a bad few years, was just too much for her to take.”
The family has reportedly speculated that Winehouse died as a result of a seizure because her small frame could not withstand such a dramatic withdrawal. People magazine reported that it had confirmed the family’s speculation about the cause of death.
On Sunday, the singer’s U.K. representative, Chris Goodman, told TMZ that Winehouse was found alone in her bed by a bodyguard who had been hired to keep an eye on her. “She was in her bedroom after saying she wanted to sleep, and when he went to wake her he found she wasn’t breathing,” Goodman said. “He called the emergency services straight away. He was very shocked. At this stage no one knows how she died. She died alone in bed.”
MTV News asked Dr. Sam Zakhari, director of the Division of Metabolism and Health Effects at the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, if it’s possible for someone to have this kind of reaction to stopping alcohol intake. Dr. Zakhari, who did not treat Winehouse and has no firsthand knowledge of her case, spoke in general terms about the scenario described by the unnamed source.
“People who drink heavily or who are alcoholics and stop all of a sudden may have withdrawal symptoms that range from agitation to intense anxiety to tremors, seizures, convulsions and delusions,” said Dr. Zakhari. “In rare cases, it can affect the heart and cause cardiac standstill (heart stoppage), but that’s in very rare cases.”
Dr. Zakhari said it’s difficult to say with any certainty if quitting cold turkey could cause a collapse, because there are many factors that play into that scenario. “You have to look at their nutritional status, family history of heart problems, whether they are using other medications that can interact with alcohol, whether they abuse other substances,” he said. “The accurate answer is that we don’t know if something like this is due to stopping drinking alcohol because the result depends on such a multitude of factors.”
Dr. Dan Hall-Slavin, a psychiatrist and a consultant in addiction at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, agreed that it’s possible, but not common for someone who quits drinking to have such drastic health effects. “There is a phenomenon called ‘kindling,’ where withdrawals from alcohol can get worse and worse over time,” said Dr. Hall-Slavin, who also had no firsthand knowledge of the Winehouse case and was speaking in general terms.
“From a clinical standpoint, you never tell anyone who has been actively drinking to just stop until they get into a monitored setting because alcohol is a central nervous system depressant and while some can stop and not experience problems, others with a previous history of alcohol withdrawal can experience very serious symptoms like seizures and a severe withdrawal called Delirium Tremens, where your temperature goes up, you become dehydrated, and you can die in that state.”
Sometimes, people who suffer a seizure in private can aspirate the contents of their stomach and die, but different factors can also play in, such as other health issues that result from daily drinking at high volumes and the short and longer-term consequences to the cardiovascular system from use of stimulants such as cocaine.
“The other factor is that alcohol is more toxic for women at lower doses over a shorter period of time than for men,” Hall-Slavin noted. “It’s partly how alcohol is distributed and metabolized in the body.”
She’s maturing into quite the adorable young lady right before our very eyes, and Selena Gomez showed off her blossoming bikini body while poolside in Orlando, Florida over the weekend (July 29).
The former “Wizards of Waverly Place” star was clad in an itsy-bity two piece swimsuit as she lounged on a beach recliner after cooling off with a quick dip in the water – at one point seemingly checking out her bosoms in between chowing down on a plate of nachos.
Prior to Miss Gomez’s hotel relaxation, she joined a group of friends on a trip to Universal Studios which included an adrenaline-pumping water ride at Islands of Adventure.
Tweeting to her millions of fans about the Universal visit, the 19-year-old wrote, “First day off in Harry Potter Land we my girls in Orlando Florida. Having some butter beer.”

The “Glee” gal struck a range of enticing poses for photographers Stevie and Mada while chatting about topics including being content with herself and fan interaction during the “Glee Live” shows.
Highlights from Miss Agron’s interview are as follows. For more, be sure to visit Flaunt!
On finding contentedness with herself: ?I?m the happiest that I?ve ever been. Ever. High school, middle school?I?ve loved every part of getting older and growing, but I definitely think that this is the most I?ve ever felt like myself and that I?m being treated like who I feel I am.?
On fan participation during “Glee Live” performances: ?I think it?s so hard, because people are so joyous in the moment, and want to be able to look back on it or share it with their friends, but you?ll see that more often than not, they?re watching the concert through the recording device. To me, that?s putting yourself back in front of the TV. You are part of it; you feel the energy. You?ll never see or feel that from a video, ever.?
On using daydreaming to clear her mind: ?If this was six years ago, what would I be doing in the exact same place or situation? It?s something that, when I write, it could be a situation or a person that is similar to something that I know, but I go in a completely different direction with it, based off of one small change.?
Amy Winehouse was preparing to adopt a 10-year-old girl from the island of St. Lucia, the girl and her grandmother told a British paper today.Â
The girl — Dannika Augustine (seen above with Amy) — says she met the singer during one of Amy’s visits to the island over the past few years. She says she was living in poverty with her single mom when Amy took an interest in her.Â
Dannika tells The Sunday Mirror, “Amy was already my mother. I would call her mum and she would call me her daughter. She took care of me and we had fun together. I loved her and she loved me … She was the most amazing person and I was looking forward to living with her here or in London. I cannot believe she is gone. This is the worst thing that ever happened to me.”
Dannika’s grandmother Marjorie says she spoke to Amy a few weeks ago and that Amy planned to return to St. Lucia next month. She told the paper, “Amy wanted to have a child so bad. If she had not died, there is no doubt she would be here in St Lucia completing the adoption process. There is no way she would have done what she did to herself if Dannika was with her.” Â Both of Dannika’s parents had signed off on the adoption.
